Return & Refund Policy

EarthenCraft supports standardized return and refund services to protect the legitimate rights and interests of every customer. All return and refund behaviors must comply with the following rules:

1. Eligible Conditions for Return & Refund

Within 30 days after you receive the goods, if the product has quality problems, damage, missing parts, or wrong delivery caused by our side, we support free return, exchange, and full refund.
If you need to return the goods for personal reasons (not applicable, inappropriate style, etc.), the products must be unused, intact, with original packaging and complete accessories, and shall not affect secondary sales.

2. Ineligible Situations

Product damage, dirt, or accessory loss caused by personal use, installation error, or artificial damage.
Returns exceeding the 30-day valid period without prior communication.
Customized products that cannot be resold.

3. Refund Process

Contact our customer service via email to submit a return application & provide product photos/videos for verification. After the application is approved, send back the goods according to the designated address. We will inspect the returned goods within 3-5 working days after receiving the package, and complete the refund to your original payment account within 7 working days.

4. Freight Rules: Returns caused by product quality problems or our delivery errors shall be borne by our store; returns for personal reasons shall be borne by customers themselves.
